I bought this book only recently because I had heard it was dealing with a rebooting of our society of the a SHTF scenario.
I can understand how it was on the Sunday Times Bestseller list !
The fundamental question to ask is what happens after the initial survival period ? this book deals with it very well.
The book takes our basic needs that we have become complacent about and tells us how to reinstate them with the sciences used to extract things from our natural habitat.
I would google the book and read the synopsis and also the reviews.
The book hits home and shows that there is a way after a massive world fall, a way that need not look like the set of a Mad Max film.
